We designed the Buds FE to provide an incredible sound, but we understand that having the right fit is essential to have a great overall experience. Before wearing your Galaxy Buds FE, please ensure that the earbud tips are securely attached, as wearing them properly will keep them comfortable while you enjoy your favorite content. To insert the earbuds, hold them with the microphone and earbud tip facing downwards and the "L" or "R" label on top, then insert them in the direction of your ear canal. For the best fit and sound quality, place the earbud labeled "L" in your left ear and the earbud labeled "R" in your right ear; you can also adjust the fit by slightly rotating the earbuds to the left or right. We understand how the noise cancellation feature can feel different at first. Just as a reminder, you can easily toggle noise cancellation directly from the earbuds themselves! By setting the touch-and-hold feature to “Switch noise controls,” you can simply touch and hold the earbud to switch between active noise canceling and ambient sound mode. I HONESTLY prefer that over the new buds 3 pro. The only reason I got the new ones is because I cannot find my FEs ANYWHERE even with the find app. It said they are home, but they're not. I may end up being another pair of FEs and use my 3 pros as backups. They almost lock in your ear. I NEVER had an issue other than people hearing static when any of the noise features were on. Once I turned them off, they heard me loud and clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A complete waste of my money, they sound like a transistor radio from years ago. Even with the price drop it was a straight rip off. Some of Samsung's products have gone to crap. Like removing the Bluetooth feature on the S pen with the new Galaxy s25 ultra, are you kidding me, what a crappy thing to do to save a couple of bucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
