Great Buds and extremely affordable

Samsung has great products, "Normally". Most of my electronics are made by Samsung. I was given the new pro buds, but they couldn't/wouldn't stay in my ear. They kept falling out. I gave them to my mom and they were doing the same thing. The design is not made for us. No problem because you all came out with the FE Graphite buds that I bought Dec 5th, 2023 and I have no problem keeping them in my ear. Happy customer. Great features and great price.
After 2 weeks of use there is a sind sound in the right ear I saw on reddit that alot of people are having this issue samsung wants me to get it fixed instead of replacing it that is awful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

extremely poor sound quality. no one could hear me and to me the sounded like robots

Troublesome for makingtalking on phonecalls

I bought this two the three weeks ago. The lower price indicates the quality. There is a noticeable difference between my Buds Pro 2 and these in regard to audio quality and more importantly the microphone when making phone calls. I received so many complaints that I had to take out the headphones and use the phone itself. I am now looking to buy another pair of Buds Pro 2.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible for calls, great for music.

I bought these a few weeks ago. They are just terrible for calling. The buds will not disconnect a call nor can I answer a call. Yes, I'm tapping in the correct spot on the buds, they seem to not be made to integrate with my Samsung Note 10 plus.
I gave the buds 2 stars as they do work with music. Also, the fit is great. Just wish my phone liked them.
I bought a pair for my boyfriend, he's got the same issue. Come on Samsung, handle this!

Finally a galaxy buds with wings after long wait

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the buds and really enjoying it. Sound quality js great, stays longer and charge fast. Connectivity is seamless, as soon as I open lid, boom it's connected. Enjoying the noise cancelation and overall features. I do miss multi point connectivity though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have these on my ears and they easily switch between by multiple galaxy Devices, namey galaxy s9 tablet, galaxy S23 plus and galaxy watch 6.
The active noise cancellation is great. I use the ambient voice feature and it's really useful.
The fit is highly comfortable. Absolute zero complaints
