Great /when/ they work

Tl;dr 5 stars for sound and comfort, 1 star for durability (read below)
Works great when actually working, sound is decent for the price, and I don't think you'll get anything of this quality to the same price elsewhere at the moment.
Though, I bought these in August of last year (2024), and last week I had to turn them in for warranty-service for the third (3rd) time. All times it has been the left bud that just drops its volume down to about 5%, whilst the right bud functions as it should. More curious is that they've replaced both buds, both times, so I'm a bit unsure if I want to cancel the buy this time around, but I'll await and see what the workshop deducts.
Mind you this is in Norway, so maybe it's just a bad batch they sent over here (/joke). :)
Great sound, I personally don't use the ambient feature, but from the little I tried you can hear your surroundings decently. Noise cancellation works to a good degree, I can walk by car traffic and with the volume at about 70% (depending on the song) it cancels out the "outside". One of the few buds I don't need to adjust all the time, it fits well in other words.

Sound quality is great

The way they seamlessly pair and work with other samsung devices is great too along with being able to control them with galaxy Ai. Sound quality is very good and the live translation ability is very useful. Overall great earbuds for a great price.

Finally!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love! Love! Love! Finally an earbud that stays in my ear. I have owned all but 1 model and everyone of them falls out when I bend over. NOT THESE. I can't review the Galaxy AI as i have never used it but the sound quality, and noise canceling is better than all the other models. I mainly use these for audio books and videos. Even on the lowest volume they completely block out my husband's snoring!! Thank you samsung
