[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these ear buds. They fit in your ear really well which makes them very comfortable. I use them for streaming videos and calls. It works well with galaxy Ai. There is one very critical issue i have found. The charging case wears pretty quick. My right ear bud stopped charging 3 months after I had it. The connection in the case is not connecting properly

Your feedback about the charging case is valuable to us. To improve the charging performance, we recommend starting by cleaning the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case, as dirt or debris can sometimes affect the connection. Please also check for any visible damage to the earbuds or the case. It might be helpful to try a different charger and cable as well to see if that makes a difference. Remember, Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and you can also add Samsung Care+ for extended coverage and support on eligible devices. Ambient Sound and AI are beyond amazing!!!

Pairing my Samsung Galaxy Buds FE with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra allows for the option to turn on Ambient Sound effects through not only the earbuds, but also through the 'amplify ambient sound' option on my phone for an amplified auditory experience akin to bionic hearing! The rich, full sound that I've come to love from Samsung accessories is available on every tier of Buds. The integration of Galaxy AI has allowed for an unparalleled ease of use with handsfree commands to answer/end calls, read/reply to texts, and even skip tracks on my favorite music platforms. Something that makes life so much easier and just another reason I've always loved Samsung. These updates and capabilities have ensured I'm in the Galaxy for life!

Great earbuds for a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds FE are great earbuds. They offer solid audio quality, build quality, and battery life for an extremely reasonable price. The Galaxy Wearable app is also great for checking battery percentage, and changing the audio settings in the earbuds. Overall, for such a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with the Galaxy Buds FE.
