This product has amazing sound

These buds are great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the touch features makes it easy to answer calls or switch songs. Only have 4 stars because they somewhat start to slip out when I work out with them. Otherwise would be 5 stars. Would definitely recommend them.

To address connectivity concerns, we recommend ensuring that the earbuds and the connected device are within the maximum Bluetooth connection range of 10 meters, free of obstacles like walls or furniture. For improved performance, keep the devices close and avoid using them near other electronics that might cause interference. If the left earbud's Active Noise Canceling (ANC) feature isn't working as expected, try restarting the earbuds or coupling them again. You can find detailed instructions on how to restart and re-couple the earbuds in the user manual. For uneven battery depletion, make sure both earbuds are properly inserted into their respective slots in the charging case, aligning them correctly with the charging contacts. Checking the battery levels and usage patterns through the Galaxy Wearable app can also provide insights into managing battery performance more efficiently. Awesome sound
