The the design is great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother is the one who uses them. She has small ears so she wanted earbud that would fit. It was a perfect match and she love to use them. However, the bud case is a problem as it doesn't charge her buds properly and she has to fidget or hold them in place to make a connection and charge.

These are the best ear buds I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried sever different brands of in ear buds and the Galaxy buds by far are the best ones I've owned. They are easy to pair and switch seamlessly between my different samsung divices. They have a comfortable fit and stay put unlike others I have tried. I love that you can have only one in at a time and still get the same sound quality.
The wearable app makes it easy to track battery percent, change noise canceling levesl and locate them when I've misplaced them. I also love the ambient sound option for when I just need back ground noise to concentrate but don't want to have music or podcasts playing. Galaxy AI make it easy to use my buds to turn my voice memos into written transcripts when needed.
They were a great investment and I highly reccomend them!

You will be surprised with the quality of this earbuds, I bought two, one for my purse and one for my work of how much I love those.
You lost it? The noise it makes will make you find it easily! Which I cannot say for other brands.
The noice cancelling makes me forget I am in an office full of people and I can really work.
You will not regret it.
