Bought the oneblade QP2520 last week. Tried it several times. Dry, wet, and with foam. It does not even ddeny my facial hair. Not much good as a trimmer either, won't cut mustache hair. Total waste of money!

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with the OneBlade, and understand your disappointment. Please know that the OneBlade is designed to trim your long facial hair for a clean look. If you are looking for a close, clean everyday shave, we would recommend one of our dedicated Philips Face Shavers. Also, for a better performance, we suggest to clean your skin before using the appliance, place the blade flat on your skin to ensure full contact, move the blade against the grain, and make long strokes while you press lightly.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us via Facebook (@Philips) orTwitter (@PhilipsCare). We're available 24/7.
My beard looks awesome and I can keep it really low and short if I want or grow it out but keep it trimmed and looking great. I like how I can shave in both directions of the blade which gives me an option of how I hold the OneBlade and what direction I can pull it.
Very good product! Highly recomended! One issue, doesn't travel well. Needs some sort of protective (small) cover for travel in toiletry bag. Blade attacher breakes easily, replacements are exlense. I wrap in a wash cloth during travel.
I'm glad Philips sent me a survey on the OneBlade as I've been meaning to return it. I found it to be an ineffective a electric shaver. I ordered it so I can alternate it with my number 1 choice for shaving- a cartridge razor. I am motivated to get a regular electric shaver.

Absolutley loved it, until the blade itself broke! The little connectors from the blade to the handle are super fragile. i still like this product, i just recommend "handle with care"

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are really glad to hear that you love this broke, however, it is unfortunate that the blade has broken. This, of course, is not the experience we would like you to have.

I do not recommend this product. Blades break easily and it doesn’t give an equal shave.

This is a product that easily conveys the reality that this industry embraces the “printing press” business model where you need to keep replacing the cartridge (blade) way too often. I didn’t even use this everyday. And when I did it was on thin short hair, and it lasted me about 3 weeks worth of shaves (at a new quality level). After a month it becomes hard to cut closer to the skin and required more effort and time to get a skin shave.

Hiya, thanks for sharing your experience with the OneBlade here with us. We do regret to hear that you are not satisfied with the performance of the blades. We would like to share some useful information with you that hopefully can be helpful. Based on two uses per week, the blade should be replaced every 4 months. To make sure you get the best out of your OneBlade, follow our advice below. Please clean the blade regularly and follow the cleaning instructions for OneBlade below: 1. After every use blow off any hair accumulated on the blade. 2. Turn your OneBlade on and rinse the blade and comb(s) with lukewarm water. 3. If the attachments need to be cleaned more thoroughly turn the OneBlade off, take off its attachments and wash them under a tap.
Also, make sure to only use your OneBlade only on recommended body parts. The Philips OneBlade is designed to be used on the face to trim and edge up your beard. With the body attachment, you can also use it on your body. However, if you use your OneBlade no other non-recommended areas, like your head, it may cause the blade to wear out.
