Really like the Earl Gray case. It has a greenish hue to it. It took me a few days to get used to the new phone plus the case and it felt kind of slipper in my hand at first, but I am glad I kept it! Phone feels protected! I have been using Otterbox for three years now and they have all held up great.

Feels different from previous symmetry cases

I'm a long time Otterbox fan. To the point in which I haven't owned any other type of phone case in years. I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I've owned other max/pro sized models before and had a symmetry case on them. This case feels thinner and less durable. the rubber around the charging port is malleable and prone to tear. I'm disappointed because I trust Otterbox, but I feel like the quality of this series of cases is questionable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this because I was told it was the case I needed for my wireless charger to work. It doesn’t this is after I bought the symmetry with pop lock which also didn’t work. So now I have 2 otter box cases that were recommended by otter box that don’t work. So no I don’t recommend if you intend to use the apple wireless charger.

Our engineers have done extensive testing on the design to ensure that it is compatible with Qi wireless technology, so we were definitely surprised to learn that things weren't working out as expected. Are you attempting to use Apple's new MagSafe charger? Unfortunately, this particular OtterBox does not allow for the functionality of that specific accessory. As far as to use with a more traditional charging platform, there are some dynamics that can be a factor, such as the placement of the device on the surface, as well as the actual piece itself, since all aren't necessarily created equal.
Although this case has been confirmed compatible with standard Qi wireless technology, we actually have three distinct case models that were specifically engineered for use with MagSafe—the Aneu Series Case with MagSafe, The Figura Series Case with MagSafe, and the Symmetry Series+ with MagSafe—each of which can be found over on the official OtterBox website.
