Replacement of 8500 Premium

I had an Officejet Pro 8500 Premium A909n that was about 15 months old. It started skipping raster lines or overprinting raster lined several times per page output. No alignment or replacement of printheads had any effect on the quality. This printer the 8500A A910n only has one or two very small lines similar to the older printer. Other features seem to work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scans and prints 2 sided documents great. Fax works GREAT. Do not know how I lived w/o it for so many years.

We love the quality of the print over previous ink-jet models owned and used. One disappointment however: The fax function will not work with digital/internet-based telephone systems ... this is not discussed in promotional materials available preceding purchase.

Overall very happy with product. Printing envelopes is a pain, luckily I got second paper tray so you can use one just for envelopes. Like everything else these days, instruction manual is extremely vague. Very happy with shipping speed & price.

Since 1993 I have purchased HP printers and they just keep getting better! Touch screen takes a little getting used to, but is fantastic, quiet and dependable!

I have been using the printer for a week now and am very satisfied. I use it with my PC and with my iPad2 and it works beautifully.
The printer takes about 30 minutes to set up. Once set up, I have no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!
