Overall it's a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great experience with the phone. It's very fast and smooth and no lag. And the photography is amazing, my friends were saying that the photos that I capture are comparable to DSLR cameras.

Lots of issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a lot of issues with this phone. At times, I've preferred my old S10+ because it functioned much better. I have issues with apps loading ALL the time. I clear the cache regularly, but still have issues. It's not just 1 app either, it's multiple. Any music app, it will take nearly 5 minutes for it to load and start playing music. I have become extremely frustrated overall with the phone. I feel like pictures are blurry a lot too. When I first got the phone I had issues with apps crashing and with poor battery life. Both of those have improved some over time. Overall, I'm just not impressed with this phone. Slowly things have improved with all the updates lately. I've used Samsung phones for years and this is the 1st time I've had this issue with a phone.

Beautifully designed phone with great upgrades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is really beautiful and was a big upgrade from my last Samsung Galaxy. I'm a stay at home mom, and use my phone to manage multiple calendars, activities, health and basic things like getting up on time. Syncing to other Samsung devices like ear buds and my watch make multitasking really easy.
One of the biggest upgrades has been the camera. I love the different lenses and the addition of portrait mode. My photos are always clear and are much better quality than what I was capable of taking before.
Overall, I like that usability on the phone stayed consistent, but that I also got an upgrade in features like the camera and a bigger screen.
