[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone for android auto and getting around in my car. Also, I use it for stock and crypto trading, with a fast processing time this helps. Lastly, I use this for regular calls the block phone number feature helps to keep scammers away.

Speaker Crackles

Upgraded to this from the Samsung S20, and regret it a lot. This phone is great besides the fact that the speaker is horrible. It constantly crackles and it is impossible to hear anything clearly. It will be fine for a while, but then will go and start crackling randomly. Really inconvenient, especially when I'm trying to talk to someone on the phone and I can't understand a word they are saying. I do a lot of outdoor work and I can see this being a huge safety hazard if I get hurt and can't even hear what is being asked through me on the phone. If the speaker was better I would give this a higher rating, but it honestly is super disappointing that a main feature of the phone can't even work properly.

I love the Galaxy phone but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone keeps freezing or not connecting or taking forever to connect. I was so excited when the S22+ came out. I went out and paid full price for an unlocked phone. I wish I had stayed with my S20+. I never had any problems with it. I think the problem with this phone is the lack of added storage. I have to find a way to fix this or go back to the S20. So disappointing.

Liked my Note 20 better. It was faster and battery life was better. Still an awesome phone but it almost feels like a step down. I'm not a power user so the other features are not really apparent to me.

defective design won't work if you fly with it

this phone has a design flaw that causes it to loose audio after flying with it or going from an air-conditioned building on a hot day. the speaker will crackle and distort, the sound will be inaudible until you take the phone apart. very disappointed with the two I purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung Care+ is great for those unanticipated situations we sometimes find ourselves in, like forgetting your device in the seat of your taxi on your way to catch your flight, having your phone stolen from your bag, getting caught in a rainstorm with your phone in your hand, to dropping your device and shattering it while bringing in your groceries. Upgraded to this phone because my s10 plus was sometimes bothering on my busy days. My phone usage becomes quite heavy during my busy days. But S22 plus is not better in terms of the battery and overall performance. Just the camera and few other stuff is good.
Battery drains out and phone heats up when multi tasking.

The phone it self is great, light and fits nice in your hand....buttt the battery sucks big time. I will charge the phone to 100 percent and the moment I start scrolling through you immediately start to see the it dropping 98..96..95. Forget it if you watch a vedio or have papers to write or other work to do...within 3hrs you have to charge again...I don't like that at all. So I'm giving it 2 stars for the battery.
