[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung S series and I had no idea what I was missing! It's quick with everything loading apps, streaming, documents, etc. The photos are amazing along with videos. I take much more with this phone than I have with any other phone! I use it for personal and business! The battery last long and is quick to charge. I am one happy customer with every aspect of the phone!!

Great, with some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyday use text, calling some gaming. No one I talk to daily has a samsung so I don't get to use the video calling feature. I love the Camara and video. So much better quality than Iphones. One thing I don't like tho (and I don't know If it's just me) sending videos is not good. always super blurring. The few games I do play, I love pairing my xbox controller to it, super awesome. I enjoy the simplicity of the features. Not like I hear about Apple. It's the fact you can do so much so easily. The dual screen, shoot you can have dual screen and still have a pop up window to make 3. Love using YouTube music along with my GPS. Screenshots are easy with the swipe feature. O man. Can't forget about the THEMES! so many to choose from and so many options. It's great showing the IPhone Losers what these things can do. Smart things. It's so easy to control my samsung tv with these phones, so easy to shoot the smart view on all the different devices. I've only had it happen a couple times. But the random service outings. Not sure the cause. But overall the greatest devices on the market. All the things we've had available that Apple just comes out with is what's most pleasing. Just being ahead of the game with samsung is a treat in itself. Great Great Great products! Period 😅

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful screen, great sound, fantastic photos. Lightning fast downloads over wifi or 5g. But, installing those downloads seems painfully slowww(-1*) especially Play Store updates. My LGG8 was considerably faster. Unfortunately, because of the thickness of the phone and my short fingers, I have developed joint pain and stiffness in my fingers just from holding the phone.
