[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mine much like everyone else does with emphasis on photography , I was really expecting a wow factor when I received it . After starting it up and going through apps settings and features I was not wowed , it was the s20 with a different label , great phone but I I had tested one ahead of time I would have passed on purchasing it and waited for the next model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing for taking high quality pictures and videos, as well as watching movies or series using any streaming platform.
Also, love being able to use it to text and call, as well as having enough storage to have many apps from job related ones, to games.
Also, having a Samsung watch and ear buds to pair with it makes the smartphone useful and part of an awesome bundle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about it except the battery. The battery runs down fast (and the battery saver is always on). I rarely increase the screen brightness, I even use the extra dim setting sometimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All very well, but something negative is that it has a design problem, being so sealed and resistant to water and dust, inside the phone pressure is created and that causes the headset to stop working due to the pressure exerted inside, a solution I found was to remove the SIM tray and re-enter, so the pressure is released
