Remove all Batteries for 5 Minutes

I have this thermostat in my restaurant. It operated correctly through yearly battery changes however this last battery change it comes up with a message "Remove All Batteries for 5 Min." I have done so but the Thermostat remains unusable.

Will not stay connected to WiFi

I have had this thermostat for a year and no matter what I do it will not stay connected to WiFi. That is my only complaint. Can someone help?

very frustrating

To begin with, this thermostat was installed, with my new HVAC system, without my approval or consideration of my preference. It does NOT suit my needs. The tech set it up for automatic running. The temperature results gave me a miserable, sleepless night. Trying to shut down the automatic function has been very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't set the time

Mine doesn't have an option in the menu, to set the time, and the time being displayed is incorrect. It is currently 2:02pm and the unit shows 1:45am. No problems other than that, but why isn't the time setting option in my menu?

1. Select menu.
2. Arrow down to date/time and select.
3. Press select on time.
4. Adjust the setting and select done to save.

Missing RedLink

Bought a house with this Thermostat Redlink technology. Found the manuals and instructions, everything points to the previous owner using the Redlink gateway to control remotely, but the gateway is no where to be found in the house.
Would love to take advantage but don't see anywhere to just replace the Gateway. We don't need a new system entirely.

Instructions do not explain humidity setting

Maybe I missed it, but I cannot find any explanation of how the humidity setting works. Does the humidity setting override the temperature setting, and how much can it override it? Will it lower the temp 1 degree, 2 degrees, 3 degrees, unlimited? What's the logic?
I would recommend this to a friend!

This thermostat TH8320R1003 is awful. Do not purchase or let the HVAC guy install this.
i wish the HVAC never used this model.
I can't find the actual manual that is accurate on the web anywhere. The honeywell website manual is inaacurate. There is no way to easily change the time.
I believe I will have to do a hard reset on the software. I do not have a touch screen input for the "time".
like the manual says. Also, it isn't under the system or menu functions.
Also, my doesn't have any batteries at all.

Never get one of these

Worst thermostat I've ever had. Cycles on and off in both heating and A/C modes; misreads the temperature (right now it says the temperature is 78 degrees and the house is cold.
