Not very Protective. It should stick out more around the camera and face of the phone. The camera and screen of phone will be damaged if I drop it.

Although this is one of our most streamlined options, we still put the case design through our rigorous Drop+ Protection program to ensure it will be up to the challenge. That said, adding a screen protector, such as the OtterBox Amplify Glass, to the mix is never a bad idea in the event of a direct hit to the device display.

Once case is on the the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's fine. However, getting it on the first time, I had to use so much pressure I feared damaging the phone. It finally slipped on, but two of the corner edges were folded under. I had to use a plastic screwdriver to run around the edge between the case and the phone to get the corners to pop over the screen edge. The case fits now and looks OK, but had marks on the corners that I had to fit with the screwdriver. I dread taking it of and putting it on again for cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Usually I have loved your Symmetry Series cases, however, this case took me over 30-45 minutes to get it on my iPhone! I watched utube videos on how to install and remove, did not go in like it should have.
I am absolutely sure it will take over an hour to remove it when I need take it out.
This case was slightly bowed when I received it.

Looks are deceiving!

This case is strikingly beautiful. I wanted to love it with all my heart and soul. The honeymoon phase didn’t last long. The finish started to deteriorate and so did my affection for it!
Improve the finish and make it more grippy and I will buy this case every year.
I would recommend this to a friend!
