Simply put it gives you neck stimulation that helps relieve pain and relax muscles.

This works ok. I haven't ever owned a neck massaging pillow before but I wasn't super impressed with the massaging on this. It is good for a topical massage but if your looking for a deep massage this isn't it. Even with a lot of pressure applied its just not tough enough for a deep massage. What does deserve the 5 stars though is the heating function! It heats up fast and gets pretty hot.

I might be using it wrong but it really doesn't do much for me. Most of my tension is upper back and shoulders so the neck massage being very targeted just doesn't hit the spot. But it was free with the bed so thank you anyway

This neck pillow came with my mattress but it is amazing!!! Heat, different massage movements, and comfortable! I like to use it with my eye mask massager too. It’s perfect!

tried multiple times and different ways to charge it but it would never work so we just tossed it in the electronic recycling pile since it cant be used
