The pillow gets in the way of the massage.

The massaging neck pillow is made well. The pillow is a little too firm and too thick to conform to your neck. It does come with finger loops so you can pull the pillow down to make contact with your neck. Its pretty quiet while working and you can feel the heat when switched on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was never able to get it to work

tried multiple times and different ways to charge it but it would never work so we just tossed it in the electronic recycling pile since it cant be used

This neck pillow came with my mattress but it is amazing!!! Heat, different massage movements, and comfortable! I like to use it with my eye mask massager too. It’s perfect!

I might be using it wrong but it really doesn't do much for me. Most of my tension is upper back and shoulders so the neck massage being very targeted just doesn't hit the spot. But it was free with the bed so thank you anyway
