Fabrics started tearing after first use. Device to small to wrap around neck.

This is the best neck pillow I have used. The heat feels so good and is hot the entire massage.

Not very effective. Produces No heat with "infra red" lights on. Appear to be red LED's.

Was not Impressed with the neck pillow. The massage felt weak, I thought it would really dig into your neck but it was the opposite.
