Warranty is to short for the price

I bought this item over 2 years ago and I replacement the outside antenna. The inside antenna is now damaged and it's out of warranty and now have to pay for parts. It didn't work on I80 that well which is where the most of the issue is. Service is still terrible. Kinda missed I spent over 500 on this to now have to pay for parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OTR semi driver

As a OTR driver I go to a lot of places where there's poor service. So I looked into equipment that would help boost my signal. I came across weBoost. Ive had it for almost 2 years now, and moved it to multiple locations inside the truck, and nothing seems to work. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this product!!

We just installed the Weboost Drive Reach OTR on my son’s Tacoma. He does a lot of off-roading and has found himself in some precarious situations with little or no cell signal so his girlfriend bought this for him for a birthday gift.
Had some minor issues initially with oscillating signals but went back and rerouted the wires and the results are a massive increase in cell signal.
One suggestion I’d make is to loosely lay the wires you’d like to route them and hook it up to powers to test it before you start burying them under the carpet and trim. Keep both antennas completely away from one another and avoid laying the side by side with other power wires in the car.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased the OTR booster with high hopes. I’m a cross country truck driver and I spend a lot of time on the phone. As far as I could tell the actual signal boost is nominal at best, but that’s not the worst part. With both extension bars attached and mounted to my mirror as the instructions show, the antenna won’t last a month before it breaks. It can’t handle the wind of everyday use. After my first antenna broke (after less than a month of use) I bought a replacement thinking I could adjust the angle back a little bit to relieve wind pressure. Didn’t matter at all. The second antenna broke within another month. This product may have value for some types of use, but if you’re an OTR driver looking to get better signal, save your money. BUYER BEWARE!

This product sucks!!! I'm an otr truck driver. This thing stays in red. It rarely is green.

What signal boosting?

I just purchased this 2 weeks ago (October 18, 2021) and installed it the next day. Went on a trip the next day to an area where I only get 1 bar cell signal on my iPhone 13. I turned on the Drive Reach OTR and the one bar remained 1 bar. I checked the amplifier LED light indicator and I have a GREEN light. The inside antenna was mounted on a dash approximately 20 inches away from my phone. Is this a gimmick or really a cell signal booster?
