Straighten my hair with the blow dryer is good but no matter what I do my curls will not hold. I tried to schedule a virtual however there is no opening until April. I have spent this money for this devise and it just doesn’t work well

I bought two months ago and still trying to figure how to make it work with my medium length, wavy, baby fine hair. At this point, I can only seem to make it too flat at roots and too straight. I'm still looking at YouTube to help me figure it out.
