Received it as a gift for Christmas, used it one time and second time I turn it on it flashes red and cuts off after 2 seconds. It is not over heating and the filter is fine, it is brand new. Very disappointed.

My husband surprised me with this as a Christmas gift and the color is absolutely stunning. I'm not only impressed by the packaging, which is really convenient for storage, but how much my hair has improved since using the AirWrap. I feel like my hair is not having as much heat to it when I'm styling my hair. Since it's optimal to use the AirWrap with damp hair, it honestly makes getting ready SO much easier because I can have these beautiful bouncy and airy curls in the amount of time it used to take me to prep my hair to get ready to be curled with a wand.
Difficult to use. It takes longer than just using a curling iron. The curls do not last. They don’t even last until I’m done curling all my hair. I feel like it dries out my hair.

Great for everyday use! I love it! I feel like a hairstylist! My hair is naturally straight & flat & this styler gives it so much volume without the damage! Great investment!
Bought as a gift for my daughter and she loves it. Bought the flat wrap a day before and the return process was brutal. Spent 30 minutes on the phone for such a small process of needing a return label.
