Got it for Christmas 2024. Been in my list for about 4 years. I do love the fact I don’t have to use my wrist. BUT I can’t figure out how to keep the curl. My curling iron holds the curl much longer. Even ordered their hair product to put on for styling but it hasn’t helped. But for so much money I was hoping the curl would hold.

The more I use it the more I love it. Takes some time to get the use of it. The videos are very helpful. I’ll need to try different products to get the curls to stay.
I have coarse frizzy hair and a lot of it. I like the styling options with the dryer, but it frizzes and volumiizes my hair. This isn’t my goal. But when I curl, it leaves my hair soft

The best purchase of my life! lol My hair is very frizzy and I notice that after Dyson wrap it’s smooth and shiny (no volume! I loved that) Definitely a very good investment!
Received it as a gift for Christmas, used it one time and second time I turn it on it flashes red and cuts off after 2 seconds. It is not over heating and the filter is fine, it is brand new. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
