I loved my air wrap from day one. However at about 6 weeks it stopped working while I was using it and despite maintaining the filter it would not turn back on. Customer service was helpful, but I had to send my air wrap back and wait for a new one which took about four weeks total. When I got my package I was sent a refurbished air wrap different from my original with no explanation. I am hoping this one keeps working.
Really LOVE this curler/drier. The learning curve is quick and the curls are soft. My only complaint is the cost. I'm hard pressed to get any of my friends to purchase this as it is SO expensive.
Takes a little (or maybe a lot) of practice but I love it. I also have the Dyson hair dryer but have found I don't really need it with this product. Lots of videos out there...watch and learn!
