I bought this a year ago when I had 22 inch hair extensions. I bought it to use with the hair extensions and it broke shortly after. I sent it back to Dyson for replacement or repair and they did nothing for close to a year even though I contacted them several times. I obviously removed my extensions prior to them replacing the airwrap and Dyson refused to refund my money, and did not replace the broken air until last week. I would NOT recommend. Waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had wanted this product for 3 years. Finally saw it on sale and bought it. It had many features was in a nice box so you could store all the parts easily. It was big and heavy. After trying it, I found it very complicated. Hold this, press this, then press that…to much work. It would take me an hour to do what normal takes me 20 minutes. Also, I had all the same tools Of course, they weren’t in one handheld product. I sent it back. The return process was very easy and pain free.

I recently bought this for myself with the intention of doing my hair more often, as I’ve been contemplating buying an airwrap for months. My hair is long and such a pain to maintain (but no one can convince me to cut it short lol), and I’ve never found joy in actually styling my hair. I’ve used the airwrap practically every single day since buying it. What used to take me 45 min-1 hr to dry and style my hair takes maybe 20-30 min tops. And when it’s already dry: 15 min. I love this thing. It’s made me excited to do my hair and I love how voluminous and beautiful my hair comes out. Really really glad I finally took the plunge and bought this.
FINALLY took the plunge, after much review reading and hesitation! I borrowed my neighbors and instantly knew I had to buy my own. I've had it just about a month now and it most certainly has been amazing for me and my hair!!! Just a few pros: the ease of having one tool for multiple uses, the shininess of my hair post use, the health difference shown in just a short time, and the fun it brings to the "getting ready" routine. If you are on the fence, buy it!
I am loving this styler! It takes a little practice at first, but the results are better curls and more volume—even with fine hair. Very happy with this purchase.
I have been using this for a month. It is quick and easy! It is gentle on my hair. I do wish the it came with a 1.0 inch wand for curls, so they held all day long!
It doesn’t work and makes my hair super freezy. I watched the videos but it’s hard to see. I used the recommended setting my hair was worse than if I used regular blowdryer. I will try it again and if it doesn’t do anything I am returning it.

I Have thin hair and this just doesn’t hold. I’ve tried different product. At this point to even try to make it hold I have to use such high heat it doesn’t make sense
