Not good for my hair

Dyson Airwrap was a gift from my husband, I wanted it for a long time. Unfortunately, I didn't test it before in stores. A piece of advice: if you have a chance to get your hair styled with Dyson Airwrap in a hair salon, please do so before buying.
The Coanda attachment is okay, although it doesn't help with my flyaways. The brush attachments are fine, I use them when I want straight hair. However, after using any brush attachments, my hair seems to be electrified. The attachments for curls are a complete disaster, they fall apart after a few minutes unless I use a gallon of hair spray to fixate them. The round attachment is okay-ish, I use it for blowouts, like this 90s-style blowout but I have never achieved this look. Maybe my styling skills are to blame.
I tried different styling products, cheap ones, and more expensive ones but my hair doesn't hold the desired shape at all.
I also hoped that Dyson Airwrap would help me save time on my hairstyle, I have chest-length hair and it takes me about 1h 20min to go from wet to dry. I don't want to spend this much time. To be fair, when I do straight hair, it takes me around 30 minutes, which is great.
I'm moving to the US soon and I will have to sell my Dyson Airwrap because the voltage in the US is different. Also, there's another drawback with my version of Dyson. It was purchased in Israel and I can't use it anywhere except for Israel because of the plug. I don't know if I want to buy it again. On one hand, I got used to it and I can style my hair with only one tool. On the other hand, it seems unfair that such an expensive tool requires so much effort to get mediocre/good results.

Too many tools too little used

Seem like these set come with too many different tools that most of us will not really need all, I wish they some with less and cheaper

Takes a lot of practice to get it right

I have had the Airwrap now for a few months, and I still have many days when my hair does not hold the curl. To get longer lasting curls, your hair has to be the exact right moisture when you start the drying process, and you have to use specific products that do not weigh your hair down. It's taken me a lot of trial and error, and it still doesn't work every time. It's frustrating to say the least, but when the curl works, it looks great. I also don't feel like the heat is less damaging to your hair. Because you are supposed to start when your hair is almost dry, you are usually drying your hair for a shorter period of time so that probably helps lessen heat damage, but the heat itself seems just as hot as my other tools.

total game changer!

I was hesitant on this purchase because of the price. I have said several times, where has this been my whole life! Total game changer when getting ready, dry time cut in 1/2, being able to use one tool is huge! No more clutter of multiple tools, now only one, and its FANTASTIC!
I say splurge, go get this multi-styler, not regret, its totally WORTH IT, and so are you!!

Drying is fast and excellent but....

The drying is fast and easy to use. The hair feels very soft and dries extremely fast. For my type of hair that is very thin the curling iron does not work as expected and the curls disappear in less than 10 minutes. The frizz control is excellent.

I've wanted a Dyson Air wrap multi styler for a couple of years now. I finally decided to take the investment and so happy I did!!! I've got the thinnest, finest hair and knew I needed to protect it. I'm still learning all the tools but the volume is out of this world. Hands down in awe of this amazing tool!

I really hated the price of this amazing iron and it probably took me 6 months before i bought mine, but what made me know it would be worth it was Dyson had their name on it....if it's a dyson product it will be worth the price. This iron is for EVERY hair type, no matter whether your hair is thick or fine there is an attachment in this kit that will help you achieve your goal. I have the dyson air purifiers and their vacuums and now their airwrap . Don't wait another minute! It is worth it.
