I have used this twice and it's already not working. I called Dyson to try to trouble shoot it and all they keep saying is it has to be the filter. The filter is clean as a whistle. I did take it off clean it and it still doesn't work. For the price of this machine, I would not recommend at all.

I am obsessed and wish I would have invested in this sooner. My hair is so much healthier and smoother. I got it because I am going to be down an arm for 3 months post rotator cuff surgery and needed something to do my hair with one arm.
