My AirWrap worked great for a week and I was just starting to learn how to use it, then it stopped working. After sitting on hold for 45 min with Dyson support I was told to return it for a replacement. Something as simple as "flashing red light means it's dead" was too complicated for the support bot. Now they estimate 10 to 12 business days (meaning 2-3 weeks) to ship the replacement AFTER they received my return. So it worked for a week and it will take at least a month to get a replacement.

This was the gift I never knew I needed!!! My hubby shocked me with this purchase and I’m blown away at how well it works. My hair is healthier and bouncy. I’ve had tons of compliments. I’m so happy with the AirWrap!!
Gave this styler multiple chances, but way too awkward and the style doesn’t last because the heat is too low. Great concept and design but poor delivery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a year ago when I had 22 inch hair extensions. I bought it to use with the hair extensions and it broke shortly after. I sent it back to Dyson for replacement or repair and they did nothing for close to a year even though I contacted them several times. I obviously removed my extensions prior to them replacing the airwrap and Dyson refused to refund my money, and did not replace the broken air until last week. I would NOT recommend. Waste of money.
