I purchased the Strawberry Bronze/Blush Pink before Thanksgiving when it was on sale and had the free Paddle Brush and Hair Clips promotion. My order was very well packaged, no damage. It took me 3 uses to get good at it and now it is so easy. I feel my hair ends up less stiff with the Airwrap vs. Curling Iron. I use a little bit of texture spray before I use the Airwrap and it's a nice hold for me.
Reference: I have fine, thinning hair that is below my shoulder and at the end of the day, there is a lot of body.

I really liked the styler. However less than a month of owning it it just stopped working. I sent it back for a replacement but I have to wait 3 weeks for them to evaluate it before they will send a replacement.
