I upgraded to this Airwrap from the older version. I must say that I like the features & attachments as well as the strength of the newer model. I find it works faster drying and curling my long hair. I especially love that I don't have to switch attachments to change the curl direction, a brilliant upgrade. The longer barrels are standard with the new model which for me is a necessity. I think the curls are are more voluminous and I've been getting lots of compliments on my hair. So glad that I finally took the plunge and purchased this on sale.
Not the one for my hair. I gave wavy-curly hair and it ends freezzy. I tried the other model smaller and mire the typical dryer which includes difuser. Thus liked ne better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am still getting used to the tools, but I think I like it. It is hotter heat than I expected. The shape is easier to manage than a traditional dryer, and the brush attachment takes out the need for holding a brush and a dryer, so that's great. I love the smoothing attachment and I have been curl drying my tween's long hair successfully.
Not a good hairdryer. You will still need you regular dryer. Tried to return, but the process is a nightmare. I would suggest buying from a retailer you know you can return to and not direct from Dyson. Good quality, but take forever to dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for 110V. I used to use 220V back my home country. I really like airwrap. Without dyson airlap, dryer and vaccume I don’t wang to leave home.
