I used it only three times, and the fourth time it turned off and started flashing a red light. It doesn’t have de filter dirty, it’s only been used three times! I’m very disappointed.

I bought it in late November. I used it twice and it didn't turn on. I followed all the troubleshooting instruction and chat with the rep to get exchanged. I guess I should be glad that I was under warranty but this is frustrating that this just break down after using it twice. This says something about the poor quality.

I've been wanting this since it came out and grateful to receive it as a gift. I'm glad I got it the time I did. I love the new color and updated features. First time trying it out, I only put hair elixir and the curls lasted until I washed my hair the following day.
It doesn’t worth the money. It doesn’t save you time and the curls don’t last. Returning process is a nightmare too

I really like the quality of the product and quietness of it. Unfortunately, I didn't get the result I expected. I have coarse long hair, and I ended up with a big puffy hair despite few tries. I'm a very seasoned do it yourself type of person so it was not due to lack of experience. I get a better polished look with drug store bought hair dryer and iron. And I spend very little time doing it compared to Dyson. I really wanted it to work but at least I tried.

I received this as a Christmas present and was so excited to try it out. I had always heard great things. I have frizzy hair and it definitely kept the frizz. My hair also holds curl because it is naturally wavy/curly but the curls were not there when I woke up the next day. When I use a normal curling wand, my curls hold for days. Definitely not worth the money
