I’ve had it for 1 month and have styled and used all the attachments. I like the drying method and the round brush. Don’t recommend it for texture frizz prone hair. Style does not last even with professional styling products and giving it a “shot” Of cold air.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This styling tool is a game changer! I have been using it daily for two weeks now and am still learning all it can do for my hair. Every day I have received at least one compliment on how great my hair looks. Even my hair dresser said she hasn't seen my hair looking this good before. My hair is medium texture and is shoulder-length with layers and bangs. It is naturally very straight, especially on top. With a little holding spray afterwards, my hair holds the style all day long. My Dyson Airwrap saves me time and is so much better for my hair than a traditional blow dryer and curling iron.

Not happy with it at all. The long appliances (airwrap )do not work. I have tried it with wet,
dry, and damp hair and it will not catch the hair. I even tried to place the hair into the air holes. They do not open to accept the hair.

It’s bulky and heavy. I do fine handling their original Dyson dryer but this is just awkward. I do like the boring brush attachment but wouldn’t mind it larger.
I thought I’d ordered airwarp ID but perhaps going through the process of ordering over the phone, I ageeed to the wrong one. I placed a bother for the Airwrap ID and it’s AMAZING!!
The round brush on the Airwarpa ID is wider and I got the set with the small hair dryer attachment so when I travel I won’t have to pack the Dyson dryer along with this! They all fit well in the case.
I think the case should be more durable, with handles and easy wipe clean.
Hopefully Dyson will get back to me on the return code I requested last week. Their text says allow 2 days. It’s been 5 now. I’d like to return the one I’m not keeping.
