To be honest - I was not interested in this package. I thought it was way over what I would want to pay and would never think to buy this for myself. I got one for Christmas - the whole package. I didn't know I could love something so much. My hair...feels healthy and looks healthy after using this. I love it. I feel like every time I use it - I just left a salon.

Ive tried all of the attachments….perhaps my hair is too thin for this devise. All i accomplish is a brown football helmet look.
My hair has natural wave but i can not get the Airwrap curls to stay…i just end up with a fuzzy mess.
Im disappointed. Id return it but my husband threw the box away.

OMG I am in LOVE! After viewing a couple of included videos and a few YouTubes, I felt confident enough to give it a try. This literally took me one try before I was successful. AMAZING. I can NOT get this look from regular curlers, hot curlers or curling irons. The curl is smooth to the ends, no frizz or crimped ends like you can get from curlers if you don’t roll them perfectly. Not only was it easy to use, but it didn’t take any longer than my usual method of blow drying and then using a curling iron - which still left my hair frizzy. AND the curl lasts! Four days and my hair still looks great! With all the attachments, I no longer need a round brush, comb, hair brush, curling iron, flat iron or hair dryer. The results are jaw-dropping! Thank you, Dyson! Worth every penny!

I bought the air wrap on Black Friday. It’s been working great and I had no problems until this week. It randomly stopped working. After trouble shooting and talking to an agent they agreed on an exchange. The process of return was super easy, and the product worked great. I’m just not thrilled that for something so expensive it suddenly stopped working after just 2 months. Hoping it was just a fluke.
