It’s a wonderful product when it doesn’t stop working. It’s a very expensive machine and you have to baby it. Not sure why your engineers / designers can’t figure out how to make the machine work properly.

I bought this last month and tho it’s easy to use it is not holding the style nor it is easy on the hair, very damaging

My husband bought this for me after I used a Dyson hairdryer for the first time at Nemacolin Resort. I never thought I would want such an expensive hairdryer but once I tried it I was pleasantly impressed.
Was told it would arrive before. Christmas and it was 8 days late. To compensate they wanted to give me 20 percent off next purchase. Are you kidding me. I have to purchase more to be compensated for your failure. Pathetic.

Not worth the price. It didn’t work for my hair—felt heavy, was loud, and the curls didn’t last more than 10 minutes. Returned it within a week.

Bought because my hopeless fine hair was lifeless- praying that cost meant something would finally take. Followed all the videos, did all the things- curls fell flat in literally less than 2 minutes.

Whatever i do, follow every single step curls dont hold at all. Im not talking about curls curls, even waves doesn’t hold. ( and believe me i did every possible things. Hair products for hold, wet hair dry hair. Pin the curls, do small small sections, hair sprays) Which is very unfair if you consider the price. I gave 2 start because i like the round brush and air dryer part of it. Thats it.
