I like this Dyson styler very much and use most of the accessories. However, the motor died within 10 months of my purchase. It was under warranty so I returned it and got a new one. However the process took over a month with now communication from Dyson. I was told 7-10 business days but it took much longer (over a month). Hopefully this one will last longer.

Absolutely amazing! I have straight medium to fine hair. I love this so much! It straightens the hair to look silky smooth with body and movement, or you can put curls throughout or just at the ends of your hair. The curls 100% held in my hair. I use as instructed on the video with the cool shot. I have hair that curls fall out so fast without hairspray. The curls and movement was still present on my hair the next day without any product to hold the curls in place. It was expensive, but for me so worth it! I can make my hair look salon styled everyday!
Not worth the price. Leaves hair frizzy. I returned it. It didn’t work out for me.

Broke the first time I used it. Said the filter is clogged (it is not). It will no longer run.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Airwrap as my first was taken by my daughter when she left for college and I 100% knew I wouldn’t be able to live without one. I love how easy it is to create different hairstyles. It is so versatile and replaces so many tools which helps justify the cost. It also doesn’t cause the arm fatigue that I would always get when trying to use a brush and hair dryer. The fact that it doesn’t cause heat damage is just icing on the cake! Dyson makes quality products that just make life easier and better.i
Unfortunately, the Dyson Airwrap Styler doesn’t live up to its high price tag. Despite having fine, easily styled hair, I found that the device underperformed. I bought it mostly because I believed this will be indeed styler, but it doesn't straighten my hair/smooth my hair, and the curls only last for a few hours, and only if some styling product is applied. Device is not that handy and easy to use. It's disappointing that so many positive reviews mislead customers to invest in something that doesn’t fully deliver on its promises. For the price, I expected much better results.
