I received this as a gift and am still in the process of mastering all the different techniques. This issue is that I cannot achieve a sleek shiny look. The heat of the dryer is very damaging to my hair

Too many pieces and parts that will never be used.

Huge learning curve. I have owned a Dyson hairdryer for several years however I have short fine hair and needed a styling tool that is just as protective of my hair. This tool is more complicated than I need and I would like to see you offer an alternative.
