Exceeded my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never dreamed a ring could do what these do. Talk to phone and watches! IMHO I feel the ring is better at doing the sleep and steps. Plus, countless times I've washed dishes and showered with the ring on! Not one single problem!

Useful as stand-alone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept is great. But it is too thick. It is a double effort if I am wearing galaxy watch. And absolutely useless if I leave the watch for activities like basketball because I cannot wear ring either, it is too thick. Can't use it for weight lifting, because it is too thick. Other than that, it would be a non-sport activity tracker when user only has ring and no watch

Was great until the battery stopped holding charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the ring for the few months that I was able to use it. I got a release version and now am questioning that idea. About 3 months into ownership, I noticed that the battery wouldn't last a day. Return process was extremely frustrating and now it sits in the charging case on a shelf.

It tracks my sleep, heart rate, and steps without needing a watch—perfect for busy days and when I’m sleeping. Battery lasts several days and it’s super low-maintenance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since DAY ONE, my Samsung ring has given me soooooooooo much insight into my sleeping habits and my energy level related to my sleep...or lack of it. It helped things make sense without having to seek costly medical advice.
By tweaking certain aspects based on the readings from my ring, I how found out how to be more awake and energetic during my work day.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are definitely some strong points, but also a few things that bothered me:
1. The price is too high for what it actually does.
2. The sleep tracking — especially heart rate and sleep stages — is excellent. (Honestly, if my sleep score looked good in the morning, it set the tone for my whole day.)
3. It does feel a bit bulky.
4. The battery life is gradually getting worse. It used to last a full week, now I have to charge it every five days or so.
5. After gaining a bit of weight, the ring feels tighter. (That’s on me, though...)
6. I rarely use the fitness tracking because I already have a Galaxy Watch.
7. That said, the design looks good with pretty much any outfit.
Final verdict: The price feels too steep. Honestly, other than the sleep tracking, I don’t find myself using it much. I really wish they added more features — like HbA1c tracking (like on the Galaxy Watch) or even real-time blood glucose monitoring. If a ring could do that, it’d be a game-changer.
Anyway, just wanted to share my honest thoughts. If there’s a Ring 2 coming, I’ll definitely consider it — but only if the price makes sense and it offers more value.
