[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I’ve really enjoyed using and exploring my new Galaxy Ring! It's incredibly convenient to have while I'm working, driving, or doing various other things. The “Galaxy AI” is great, super cool, & user friendly.

Battery Life did not last

Battery life did not last. Like other reviewers, I've had the ring about a year and now it barely holds a charge over night. And, yes "Debra" I know how to charge the ring, I know how to use the charging case and which cable to use. I charged my ring last night around 7pm. At 5am tis morning it was already down to 14%. Too bad. I liked having all my devices in the same ecosystem but it appears that won't be reasonable. Time to explore other options especially since it appears new rings are not being made. Almost all sizes sold out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BUYER BEWARE...bad Samsung product

BUYER BEWARE...the ring is NOT what they claim. I've had this ring for less than a year. Won't hold a charge, charged 3 times IN ONE DAY AND dies within an hour. Dont waste all your money on this piece of trash. I am more than disappointed and will NEVER BUY AGAIN! No WARRENTY or guarantee for me, just threw away 400 dollars.

DONT BUY IT

I bought this ring in 2024 and a year in and the battery life has already been drained the battery its made to work for the first year and then go out after you warranty so they won't replace it for you, I am highly upset with this samsung product, DONT BUY IT YOU WILL GET BAMBOOZLED AT THE END OF THE DAY TRUST ME, GET THE OURA RING THAT WAS THE ONE I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH, I CONTACTED SAMSUNG AND ALL THE REPS SAID THERE IS NOTHUNG WE CAN DO FOR YOU WITH IT BEING OUT OF WARRANTY I FEEL SUPER BAMBOOZLED TO THE 10TH POWER....BUT YEA SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST BUT THE OURA RING AND PAY THE MONTHY SUB

Not worth the hype

The ring is not worth the price. Battery life is low. Especially, considering I only use it to monitor my heart rate. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but at that price point, battery life, and what it actually does for me, 3 is the best I can do.
**UPDATE** Changing from 3 to 1 star. As of today,Feb. 21st 2026, this plastic ring no longer works. Doesn't turn on. Doesn't charge. The kicker, I've only had it for 6months. Team Samsung, how do I get a refund???

Battery can't hold charge after 1 year

I initially enjoyed the ring, help track sleep and my exercises. Charged fine the first couple of months. Similar to other reviews here, my battery started draining and after the 1 year it only stayed charged for a few hours. Now it will say 100% while in its case, but once I remove it it disconnected from my phone. I'm upset because out of all the products so far, this is the only I'm disappointed in.
