Ordering the sizing kit should be standard not opt

There should be a hard stop for ordering the ring if you havent ordered the sizing kit. The ring runs 1 or even 2 sizes too tight. I ended up returning and paying restocking fee on the item because I clicked "I know my ring size". Other than that issue the product works as advertised.

Not worth it

Not worth it for this price. Steps doesn't count properly. My average steps in a day 5k, the ring will count like 12k steps.

The new Galaxy Ring accessory is the best way to keep track of your daily wellness! Compact and lightweight, with a timeless design that will complement any outfit, the Galaxy Ring is easy to wear and consistently measures your health data, all on its own. Certain features, like step counting, may not work properly if you're holding a magnet or a magnetic object in the hand wearing the ring. Make sure your finger and ring are clean and dry before wearing the ring. If this persists, we recommend submitting an error report regarding this. This can be done through the Samsung Members app or by using the desired app on your device. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet. Tap Menu. This may appear as a circle in the bottom center of the screen or three horizontal lines on the left side. Tap More in the upper right. This looks like three vertical dots. Tap Settings, and then tap Contact us at the bottom. Tap Error reports under Send feedback. From the list, select the wearable device(s) you are having issues with to gather the data, and then tap Next. Make sure Send system log data is checked, and then fill out the other required fields. If you wish to include an additional attachment, you can tap the Attach icon which looks like a paper clip in the upper right corner. You can add a photo, screenshot, or voice recording. When you're ready, tap the send arrow in the upper right corner. Also, make sure to keep your ring up to date. Battery Fails

Got the black ring when they first came out. Everything was good with it, but the battery now.. doesn't even last a full day. Sleep tracking seems off too.

To ensure optimal performance, first, make sure the ring is fully charged; a completely drained battery needs to be charged fully before use. For accurate measurements, wear the ring on a finger where it fits securely, with the orientation indicator facing your palm and the sensor in contact with your skin. If you notice the ring is unresponsive, try restarting it by pressing and holding the Multipurpose button on the charging case for more than 7 seconds. If needed, you can also reset the ring by opening the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone and selecting 'Reset.' Please keep in mind that resetting the ring may delete any health data that has not been synced with the Samsung Health app, so it's a good idea to sync your data before proceeding with the reset. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. I wear a size 7 1/2 on my ring finger so I bought a size 9 and it fits my ring finger. Hope that helps other people. The ring works just fine. I mainly use it for sleep and I get better sleep now. Love it. 5 star all the way.

Functional bad craftsmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring is exceptionally functional. I have been using almost all the time since I bought 4 months ago. It definitely help me to understand my sleep patterns and make lifestyle adjustment to improve.
My biggest concern, craftsmanship. I got scratches and discoloration. I had in past normal rind, without any such issues.

Love this ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been wearing a different kind of smart watch, and I wanted to transition back to a standard watch after receiving one as a gift. I started considering alternative products and decided to try a smart ring. I did some research and found that the Galaxy Ring was a great choice - I already have a Galaxy phone (love it), and the ring came highly recommended without requiring a subscription. I went to an electronics store and tried on the sample rings, and while that worked out for me, I can see why a 24-hour test is recommended - my actual ring fits better (and very comfortably) on my middle finger, whereas I thought the size I chose would be better suited to my index finger. But in hindsight, I prefer to wear it on the middle finger anyway so this worked out. The black titanium is durable and comfortable. It charges quickly and the battery lasts for several days. I am really pleased with all the data it offers too. If you are thinking of getting one, don't hesitate!
