Salutations Tejs26ultra, Thanks for sharing detailed feedback with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. Your constructive feedback allows us to make improvements on our devices. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your eligible investment. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. To prevent damage to your device, avoid wearing other metal rings on the same or adjacent fingers, and remove the ring when handling heavy, hard, or abrasive objects. Let us know if you would like to share any other feedback with us or if you would like further assistance afterward by reaching out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Bad battery life.

After 5 months of using the ring, the battery doesn’t even last a full day anymore. I don’t recommend it. I received an Oura Ring as a gift, but since everything I have is Samsung, I decided to give the Oura to my daughter and bought the Samsung Ring instead. My daughter’s Oura still lasts about 5 days on a single charge, even a year later. I’ll be buying an Oura for myself and will wait to see if Samsung releases another ring that’s actually worth the money.

Greetings Mohan, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us about your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Hand movements like typing or playing musical instruments may produce an inaccurate step count with the Galaxy Ring. An improper fit can also affect accuracy. Your Galaxy Ring needs to be snug but not too tight, and the sensors should be properly positioned on the palm side of the hand. Please feel free to review, "Keep track of your workouts with the Galaxy Ring" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. Feel free to reach out to Samsung Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. We're also happy to help! Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Great charging time and fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung ring has a less than 1 hour charge, lasts for many days. Is very comfortable to wear and to sleep with. The Samsung healt app is free but could have additional resorces to connect with the ring, for example, O2 is only measured when asleep and can't be measure whenever I want to. Other apps connect great with the ring but most you have to pay for a good one. Ring measures HR, sleep time, exercise, and skin temp which helps with period tracker.

I loved my Samsung Ring until it died just a couple of weeks before warranty expired. By the time I reported it it was too late. I want a new one but I cannot even trade in my 1 year old ring yet. Can't swallow the loss.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

From what I've seen online you do not want the ring to completely die or be charged to 100% all the time or else the battery will not last after 6months to a year. So try 20%-90%
