Poor Battery Life

really like it, but some minor issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love the concept, but the battery lasts maybe two days itlf your lucky. The other issue is when the battery dies in 2 years if your lucky you have not buy a new one. They are not cheap, its a recurring long term investment. I haven't had an opportunity to see any benefits from Galaxy AI, I'll have to do more research on that. I added a silicone cover to protect its surface, it seems like it can scratch easily.

I've had my ring now for a about 6 weeks. It's a love and hate relationship. I do love the sleep stats but the Samsung health needs a lot of work on the exercise side. It's terrible!! My first complaint is the elliptical. It is so general, meaning that it gives you the same results all the time. Does not matter that your doing a low level or a very high level. Same calorie results. It dosen't ask for age or weight or anything. Also it does not register the walking motion. My fitbit measures it as walking because it actually is walking in a gliding motion. The options for exercise are very limited. I play pickleball and see nothing for that or any other sport.

Non-swinging arm movements can be difficult for the Galaxy Ring to accurately interpret as movement. Also, keep in mind that the Galaxy Ring needs a snug fit with its sensors against your palm-side finger to accurately measure heart rate and other data. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features of my Galaxy Ring it really helps me track my sleep, give alerts on my sleep quality, tracking my snoring which I would always tell everybody I didn't snore but obviously I do. I love that I can actually hear the recordings of the snoring. It checks my body temperature which also helps me with going through perimenopause.AI features are awesome the energy score helps you with if you need more sleep and overall personalized wellness.

Good for tracking the activity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use it to track my sleep in combination with the watch ultra and it does a beautiful job. I can see how many hours I was awake, slept, including the deep, light and REM. Which is a useful info if you are trying to take care of yourself.

Finally, a Smart Ring That Gets It Right

What I appreciate most is having all my health data in one place. I can easily keep track of my steps, monitor my weight, and even set reminders for my medication. The period tracker has been incredibly accurate, which is a huge plus for me.
The only real issue I've run into is the battery life. I find myself having to charge it every other day, which can be a bit of a hassle. Despite that, the convenience and comprehensive tracking the ring offers make it totally worth it.
