It tracks daily activities and heart rate.
I like the comfort of the ring and holds the charge for days, take it off for showers and charges fast.

I am seriously impressed with the battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ring last week Wednesday. Granted, I was wearing my Watch 8 on Friday and Saturday so I didn't wear my ring, but I just left it out and didn't put it on the charger. I have been wearing it day and night except for those two days and it still hasn't needed charged (it's the following Tuesday). I've been impressed with its performance and really am glad I purchased it.

Great for about a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring works great. Galaxy AI and Samsung Health features are just as advertised. However just before my year was over the Ring wouldn't hold a charge for a few hours.
I had to get the ring replaced and the new ring is working again as advertised. I am just worried ill have to get this replaced in a year as well.

I love the samsung ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung galaxy ring is awesome! It is pretty good about not collecting scratches. Plus now that they got rid of the Bluetooth ability of the pen in the new ultra phones, the ring works as an extra button to take Pictures.

Best Complement to my Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my ring. I like if my watch is dead and needs to be charged, I can wear my 4ing to bed abd it records my sleep. Don't have to worry about sleep being recorded as long as I have my ring on.
