[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to track sleep and steps as I cannot wear my smart watch to work and am uncomfortable sleeping in my watch. It works great to track sleep and is very a curate on sleep time and steps. It stores the I formation in the ring when I don't have my phone and syncs back perfectly. It is easy to use, the charge lasts about a week and is comfortable to wear daily.

Great look, perfect health tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has a great look to it. It can be worn with any outfit or attire and fits perfectly (as long as you get the right size). It tracks sleep and health patterns as you sleep and is easier to wear to bed than leaving the Galaxy watch on. My only concern is battery life, but overall, it's a great product.

The objective is to maintain the ring's tracking functionality to conserve the watch's battery life. Furthermore, the current workout tracking capabilities are not meeting the desired performance standards.

I love my galaxy ring

Having it on motivates me to to take that extra walk to see my results. It has added so much value to my everyday health tracking. The galaxy AI feature gives me great recommendations to further better my health.

Hands down best investment in health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the galaxy ring after longing for the oura ring. I have always had a Samsung watch; which I still do but adding the ring really helps verify my health information with the ring. The ring measuring my heart rate and O2 seems way more on point than the watch. The ring is not bulky and with the size I got I can wear it on multiple fingers. Its battery life is absolutely AMAZING! The charge is quick! You can even charge the case and not have to worry about bringing an extra charging cable if going on an extended vacation. Not to mention its small and compact so easy to just toss in your bag and go.
I really like the benefits of the ring and think everyone else will too!
