My Watch Picked Up AFib Heart Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so grateful for my Samsung watches. I started out with the Samsung 5 watch, which helped me lose 60 lbs as I used it to track calories burned while walking and running. I upgraded to Samsung 6 and learned more about the heart rate and ECG features. Those helped detect occasional AFib, a heart condition that can lead to a stroke or heart attack. That led me to a Cardiologist. I even did an ECG on my watch at doctor's office while they did an EKG. Both showed AFib. My symptoms were mild and I may not have known to go see the doctor if it hadn't been for my watch alerting me to an irregular heartrate. Life changing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cardiologist recommended I get a smart watch to monitor my heart rate and rhythm. I am very happy to be able to record an EKG and send it to my physician when I have issues with my heart. I also love the many features the watch offers, such as making and receiving phone calls, timer abilities, alarms, the ability to choose my individual watch face and color. Then you throw in the ability to monitor active minutes and number of steps, which allows me to follow health recommendations as well. The ease of use is nice for my generation. I don't need to have my phone with me all the time throughout the day because of the functions on my watch. I like the size, I like that I have been able to set the watch to analog style instead of digital since I think analog is a lost art. I also use the compass quite often too. Frankly, what is there not to love about this watch? NOTHING!
