Update of software killed my watch6.
Battery is now dreadful, not even a day..before nearly 3 days. I now can't charge the watch from power share on my ultr24. How do I get my decent watch back, or maybe you can send me a new watch as you broke mine!

Disappointingly weak vibration motor

It's such a shame, I was very much looking forward to getting this new watch but was very disappointed when I did. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for as long as I can remember. I previously had the Active 2 and S3 models of their smart watches, which I was perfectly happy with, but needed to upgrade because the batteries started to degrade. Unfortunately, after missing many important calls and text messages, I quickly realized that the vibration intensity on the Watch 6 was so much weaker than the prior two watch models. The main reason why I wear a smartwatch is so that I can receive my phone calls and texts when my phone is in my pocket and I wouldn't otherwise feel the vibration, or here the ringer, while working outdoors. So even though I was content with all the other features that the Watch 6 offered, I ultimately returned it because it just was not acceptable for me to be missing calls and texts. I am now considering the Watch 7, but I've been reading similar reviews complaining about similarly weak vibration motors on the Watch 7. Therefore, I am writing this review to emphasize for Samsung how important a strong vibration motor is for their customers, so that they hopefully improve it in future watch models. I would like to remain a loyal Samsung customer, but unfortunately it seems like the customer complaints of the weak vibration motors have been falling on deaf ears. Please improve this Samsung! Thank you.

Swipe Left! they eliminated button use, you can only swipe to get to apps. I only use it for exercise the rest is a waste.

You can customize your Galaxy Watch's Home key (Power key) to launch your favorite app for quick access. To do this, navigate to Settings on your watch, then swipe to and tap on Advanced features (or Advanced). Next, tap Customize buttons (or Home key) and select "Double press" or "Double press Home key" to choose the app you want to launch; on some models, you can skip this step or select "None" to disable the feature. Once set up, double pressing the Home key, located on the top right of the watch, will open your selected app. If you have a Wear OS model, you can customize the Back key as well—simply swipe up, tap "Short press" under Back key, and choose between "Go to previous screen" or "Show recent apps." I've fallen & I can't get up but my battery's dead

I like this watch and I think it has a lot of nice features. But the battery won't even make it though the day; it poops out after about 6 hours! I'm in my 70's and one if the main reasons I bought this watch was for fall protection. This watch will NOT help me if I fall and the battery is dead or if the watch is on the charger!
I've tried removing apps, turning off settings like always on, dimming the display, and I don't usually make phone calls. This wasn't a cheap watch, and this poor battery performance is inexcusable!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Battery

I was very excited to get this watch because it said it had a new and improved battety life, but the battery life is awful. I have to charge it everyday. There is no way I could wear it overnight and still have much if any battery life the next day. Very disappointing.

Sleek and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new watch! It was such an upgrade from my galaxy watch 3. I prefer no bezel because it give you a larger screen and a more sleek design.
Sleep tracking has been extremely accurate and insightful. I got it in gold and it's definitely more silvery. It does have a hint of gold in certain light but I personally like it that it's more a silver color. I also love how thin the watch is. It's not bulky and the 40mm fits perfectly for my really small wrist. It's durable and I know I'll be able to utilize it for a really long time!
