[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch mostly to monitor my daily activites, sleep patterns, and health. Even though, it may not be 100% accurate, you can also get a ball park measure of your body fat percentage. Great to track your workouts as well as.
As a runner it's nice to be see your VO2 max, running technique analysis, cadence etc.
Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the watch I use it everyday to work, I usually always have it on powersave and it last a few days which is awesome and does what it says. Whenever I go for a run it automatically detects my running activity without me having to input it. It's really accurate as well when I wear it to sleep, it automatically detects at what time I fell asleep and woke up.

This thing's got zip! It's powered by a cool Exynos chip that keeps things running smooth. Browsing through apps or checking your heart rate, it handles it all without breaking a sweat. Heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, and even measures your oxygen levels. Oh, and the GPS is spot-on for workouts or when you're out adventuring.
When it comes to battery not the marathon runner, but it gets through the day fine. Dunk it in water, use it for payments, or control your smart home gadgets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a watch 4 and upgraded to the 6. The 6 is awesome has all the features I want and the battery lasts longer than my older model. I got the 44mm this time instead of 41mm and it's way more comfortable for bigger wrists people.

Pros:
-Battery life is excellent for me. It charges really fast...about 15% ever 10 min you do the math.

-WIFI connectivity. Work distraction strikes again! Phone left behind at work, but my watch became my lifeline. I was sending messages, keeping tabs on battery health all while using my home WIFI to orchestrate a phone retrieval mission from my trusty coworker - all thanks to my amazing watch.
-NFC Payment
-Makes email a breeze. I get simple things done faster, without the phone/laptop back-and-forth.

Two missing functions about the watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch 3 had the ability to use ringtones from different downloaded sources, tge watch 6 does not have this ability. Also I cannot download the app for my bank Navy Federal and lastly I have high blood pressure and thee is no app I can download to measure it either. The camera controller is difficult to use, one hand to set up the phone and then the other hand to snap the shot remotely through the watch, burdensome at most.
Otherwise the watch works as it should.
I miss my downloaded ringtones as I had on watch 3
