Great watch

I upgraded from the Watch 5 to the Watch 6 classic BT/Black and this is worth the upgrade for me mainly because of the bigger screen size and customization (even though i know they are coming to the Watch 5 lol) the 47mm size is what put me over the top plus the moving bezel (if thats what its called lol) being back sold me. this is a solid device. it matches perfectly with my ZFold 5. if you are on the fence about this device, dont be. its worth the upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello there JoeD,
Thank you for finding the available time out of your lively day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch6. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. To access all its fun and useful features, you'll want to connect your smart watch to your phone using the Galaxy Wearable app. If your phone isn't available, you can also set up your watch without a phone and pair it with the Galaxy Wearable app later. Once everything is set up, your smart watch and phone will make a dynamic duo. You can even automatically sync data between the two of them, such as your workout information from Samsung Health. Take a look at, "Setting up your Samsung smart watch with or without a phone" and "Samsung smart watch and phone compatibility" when you have some free time to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your connectivity between your devices. Feel free to contact Samsung Support afterwards if you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance. We're always happy to assist you further. Thank you for being a steadfast Samsung customer.

No battery life
on March 30, 2024
Posted by: Bummed

I’ve had this watch for close to a month. It has the worst battery life. So bad I can’t get use out of the fitness tracker. Specifically for biking, snowboarding 🏂… battery dies. It will make it through the day as long as I don’t use it for much. Very disappointed. Love the watch but without battery holding up for what it’s intended for is a bummer.

On the Borderline: to Return or not to Return.
on November 13, 2023
Posted by: svladb
from Chicago, IL
Let start with good part: nice looking, a lot of functions. The bezel is a very good addition to have, not just look!
For me it was borderline to keep or return. I bought it to do a few things, besides showing the time:
1. Counting laps in the swimming pool.
2. Registering walking/hiking activities.
3. Keep track about heart rate.
4. Everything else was fine but not really important for me.
Now, what it does.
1. The lap counter is not accurate. I would say in range of 10-20% in total counts. The time on some laps was ~10 seconds for 25 yards pool on the others over 3 minutes. Neither is even close to what it should be.
2. It seems like walking/hiking is accurate, but I need more time to test.
3. Heart Rate fine as long as bracelet is tight.
4. Tried to check sleeping. Decided to stop. One example: I had to wake up ~4 am. Well, sleep recording stopped at that moment, and it was saying that I was active since then.
The battery life is miserable. If I do swimming (45 minutes) and a few hours of walking, watch doesn't last for a day (~16 hours).
I decided to keep them, but it was borderline whether to return them. I wouldn't buy again and would have very hard time recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 months and already signs of decay.

I love the watch features. But, I've had this watch for 2 months and the black rim is already chipped and will continue chipping off, which is disappointing. My partner has an older model of the samsung watch and wore it for years and never had an issue like this. So, Quality?
