Just fine for me

my right ear usually spits out most ear buds regardless the tip installed. i've had to use buds with the hook that goes around your ear, but with glasses, it can be uncomfortable and annoying.
i was very worried about these but figured i'd give them a go. surprisingly they fit just fine. i can move or just sit still and i don't feel them sneaking out.
i'm no audiophile so they work just fine for my needs. can't speak on sound quality. they sound good to me.
i rarely give 5 stars. so this is a 4.5 maybe.
p.s.
they won't fit everybody. if they don't, i don't think it's worth a bad review. they're one size fits most.

Liked them, but beware of the case

enjoyed them for the short time i had them. i had the models before with no issues, those the beans would hurt my ears after a while. this particular model however, i would find that the case would open up unexpectedly a lot. i finally ended up losing them altogether as they fell out and the tracking didn't work. super disappointed

Amazing Fit and Quality

The customer service was great, the trade in was easy, and the buds pro are amazing. They have great features such as ANC and opening up Spotify with a single press on the earbud. Great purchase!

They hurt

they are not comfortable. why would you make thr part that goes into the ears rectangular when the ear is circular. they just don't fit and they are huge. i put them on and they hurt so bad.

Awesome airbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Galaxy Buds Pro on June, and I been using them sincen then. I want to start this by being honest with you all, the truth is that this product lives up to its name they are pro in everyway possible. I just had one issue with them; however, it was my fault. They usually would pop out of my ear after moving a little bit, after a while I desided to change the size of the tip to a smaller size. They never popped out again, and on the top of that I don't even feel them. The ambient sound really good, and the noise cancelation was right on point. Amazing that's all!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything but practical

my worst purchase in a long time, they don't stay in my ears and i have to keep pushing them in, which will pause the music and/or skip to the next song, or hung up my call (yes i tried all 3 size inserts). i even have trouble keeping them in sitting still on a call talking.

Sound unbalanced, volume deteriorates excessively

These worked great for about 6 months before the sound quality started deteriorating. The right bud volume is significantly weaker than the left bud, so I've since been wearing them 1 at a time. The sound is extremely unbalanced so wearing them both at the same time is really uncomfortable. Now, I can only wear the left bud because the right bud is way too quiet. They haven't even touched water nor have been dropped or anything so I don't know why they're like this. A few years back I had an older model of buds and they stopped working entirely after about a year and a half. Super disappointed, I'm dedicated to Samsung's products and I thought maybe Buds Pro would be a better experience but this is not worth my money whatsoever. Will probably never go for Galaxy buds again.
