[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my earbuds with my s21 and ever since life has just been awesome battery never runs out, its comfortable, small case makes it easier to put in your pocket! Already had to buy another one just because the one I had was so small fell on the train tracks true story but I loved them so much I bought a new pairs!!

Allergic Reaction

If you have an allergy to nickel DO NOT get these ear buds. They will cause an allergic reaction to your ears since the metallic part that charges the ear buds and touches your ear contains nickel. I had a very bad allergic reaction with my ears crusting and lots of pain. My ears have become so much more sensitive after the reaction. Samsung should really warn people!

They don't stay in my ears.

The sound quality is top notch. When I receive phone calls I can be working making a tonnof noise and the caller only heats what I have to say so that is AWESOME. My problem with these are they won't stay in my ears. After being in my ears for long periods of time they start to hurt my eats.

If you haven't done so already, we recommend trying the additional silicone tips in a variety of sizes that were included with this device to obtain the most secure fit. Too large - Slips out Constantly

I've had these ear buds for over a year, unfortunately the base.of them is too big for my.ear.amd they slip out constantly.
The sound quality is always great so for those with large ears they might stay in but just be careful. I plan o.trading them in soon for a different samsung edition.

I got these a couple years ago and they are great! I love the sound quality, they stay charged a long time, they stay in my ears and feel comfortable. I hope they last a long time!

Poor Ear Bud Design Good Sound Quality

i finally caved and got a pair of bluetooth headphones after samsung removed the 3.5mm jack. i got these to replace my favorite pair of headphones which were wired.
the pros: great sound quality. good noise canceling.
the cons: they won't stay in my ears. the small ear buds are too small, and the medium ones are too big. i tried the mediums out for a while but they slowly pushed out of my ears. exercising in them was impossible, they kept falling out every few minutes. constantly adjusting them and trying to get them to stay in my ears just didn't work. i looked at how to "properly " use them and it didn't help. parts of my ears are incredibly sore from the poor fit.
samsung really needs to redesign these to follow the contours of the ear with a ear wing for a better fit.
