Love-hate relationship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying this is my 2nd pair of Pros... Lost the first pair. I'll keep it as short as I can: These sound amazing but the fit is horrible. I only repurchased because 1) they sound great, and 2) I'm already in the Samsung ecosystem. But Samsung needs to come up with a fix for the fit! Instead of releasing the Buds2, they should have put those resources into making their "Pro" Buds better for what they cost. The second I start talking or chewing, and my jaw starts moving, these slip out. Can't tell you how many times I've almost lost one! And don't even talk about sweating... They practically jump out of your head when you sweat. And it's a shame because they're one of the better-sounding buds available. So I won't be purchasing these again if I lose them, unless they're improved. A tip: go online and purchase some large foam tips... They really do help. A LOT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every set of Samsungs wireless buds, and the buds pro by far have the best sound quality I've ever heard. I gave them a 4 star only because they don't fit my ears as snug or as comfortable as the buds+

Nice sound, but not the best fit for active wear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as part of a package deal with Samsung late 2020. I like that the case holds a charge and can charge them a few times without being plugged into an outlet. Sound is good and the touch controls are good. However, even after trying all the ear buds provided, I CANNOT get them to stay in my ear, even while walking around. And if I have any sweat, that acts like a lubricant and they fall out even faster. Redesign the poor manner in which they insert and I'd be happier. Until then, I'll keep using a competitor's product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
