Won't stay in my ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not as good as my previous pair. They won't stay in my ear. I have changed out all of the ear bud pieces, but they fall out my ear if I even move a certain way. I have tried everything to make them stay in, but nothing seems to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Galaxy Pro Earbuds when I purchased my Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. They are easy on the ears; but a bit too small for me. They sound great while on the phone talking to someone or, listening to music. I they are suitable for people with smaller ears. Overall, a great product.

Great sound, but difficult to keep in your ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problems with sound quality or noise reduction: these are terrific. But I've tried each of the 3 sizes of silicone tips, none of them secure the buds in my ear. I've dropped them out of my ears while walking down the street, which isn't good. I'd be afraid to wear them while running or cycling, unless I used earmuffs or a watch cap over my ears to avoid losing the buds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What make me happy is the ability of the product to respond to my voice when I am talking enable me to hear outside sound better at thesame time reducing the outside noise to 99.9 percent. Excellent work Samsung!!
