It was a little overrated

overall the headphones were good. i have never owned a samsung buds product so i do not have anything to compare to. however, the fitting on these airbuds were flawed. i tried every single earpiece size and still to no avail and even tried adjusting them in every way possible, but they always kept coming out. the audio quality was dimmed when they were loose.
the audio on these earbuds were good, really good. clear audio and the amoiunt of modes i can put my earbuds in were convenient. noise cancellation was not as good as i thought it would be, but it is still fine if you are listening to music. the ambient sound works great and it can pick up sound very well. the battery life honestly is not that great since it only lasted 3-4 hours with full charge, but the case being charged was handy
I would recommend this to a friend!

The brand!

i wanted to like this buds so, so bad but after a couple of months i gave up! i like the brand, the color and fact that tbey go with my phone and watch but unfortunately they didn't meet my expectations. the kept falling oit of my ears even when i'm just walking, i tried all different sizes of the silicon ear adapters but they just kept in my ears if i'm walking very slow. another issue is that every time i wanted to adjust them during a call, they will drop the call even if you select tou h lock. i did like the sound though, the look, the color and the brand. but definitely will not recommend them!

Wont stay in and uncomfortable

the buds work pretty great and have some cool features, but theres no way these were designed for human ears. they simply do not fit the shape of a human ear. the silicone pieces dont even matter because they aren't the shape of a real ear canal so none of them fit right. the bud also falls out over time because of the horrible shape pushing against your ear and a lack of pressure equalization in the bud. these things can succion cup your ear and cause a lot of pain. the original and plus were the only good galaxy buds, the rest are terrible.

Poor Fit, Good Sound

samsung, i was really looking forward to using these headphones. my main purpose for purchasing these headphones were for the gym and running. i traded in my galaxy buds+ to upgrade to these but i wish i didn't. the galaxy buds+ were a much better fit due to their additional wing design.
With that being said, i would not recommend these headphones to anyone intending on using them for working out or any physical activity.

Fit IS HORRIBLE

first let me say, it was disappointing for me to write this review. i own samsung everything, tv, watch, phone, home theater system, orig earbuds. my favorite color is purple so when these came out, i knew i had to get them. the color & aesthics were beautiful, but when it came to fit it was horrible. i tried all of the tips & watched the video but none of that helped. the touchpad is too sensitive, there's no way to adjust them without disconnecting call/stopping music. they also lack a more prominent fin, i think that would've helped for better stability. i've purchased the bts edition of galaxy + buds, because that color is amazing. i will never leave samsung, but hopefully samsung will listen to their customers & try to correct the fit on their next launch of earbuds.

Earbud Shape

the bud should be a flatter oval-shape so that it fits better in the ear. i've been waiting for samsung to figure that out, but they just haven't and keeps making these round shapes.

The good, and the bad

active noise cancelling... can not tell any deference with it on or off.
will not stay in my ears. i've tried all three supplied tips, and nothing works. i own the galaxy buds + (traded these in on the buds pro) and the galaxy buds live, and no issues with those staying in my ears.
batteries do not last. the first day (100% charge) i was on a call for an 1 hour and 4 minutes. at the end of the call remaining power was 8%.
second day (100% charge) while on a walk i listened to music for an 1 an 16 mins, and 46 minute phone call when the batteries went dead in the middle of the call.
third day (100% charge) listened to music for 1 hour 32 mins, and the remaining charge was 49%.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
